Mold Maker – Manufacturing | Congers, NY
Shift: Thurs–Sun or Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
Pay: $42–$57/hr (based on experience)

ZING Recruiting is looking for a skilled Mold Maker to join a top-tier manufacturing team in Congers, NY. This isn’t a routine shop job—it’s hands-on, high-impact work where your expertise in CNC machining, tooling, and injection molding keeps production running at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:
Fabricate, maintain, and repair molds, tooling, and metalworking dies
Tear down, rebuild, and troubleshoot mold issues (flashing, galling, venting, cooling—you know the drill)
Operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other precision equipment
Ensure every component meets tight dimensional and visual specs
Keep clear records and communicate directly with the Molding Manager
Suggest design tweaks or material improvements that boost efficiency
What You Bring:
5+ years of mold or toolmaking experience
Strong understanding of molding processes and troubleshooting
Mastery in blueprint reading and precision measurement
Mechanical know-how and math skills that make the difference
Ability to handle the physical side—standing, lifting, climbing, and bending
Bonus points for pharmaceutical, ISO, or injection molding experience
