Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Compensation: $38 to $40 per Hour

Additional Benefits: Vacation, sick days, annual performance bonus, will consider health stipend

Start Date: 9/2/2025

Must be able to travel to the Hamptons in August.

An UHNW family in Edgemont, NY is seeking an experienced nanny to provide daily care and support for their children. Duties include preparing meals, school drop-offs/pickups, organizing activities, assisting with homework, managing children’s laundry and spaces, and helping with routines from morning to bedtime. The role also involves coordinating appointments, occasional errands, and maintaining the nanny vehicle. The ideal candidate is organized, engaging, and dependable.

Main Work Duties: 

• Empty dishwasher.
• Prepare breakfast and get the children ready in the mornings. 
• Drive kids to school. 
• Prepare lunches, snacks and dinners. 
• Coordinate and take children to activities, playdates, and appointments. 
• Support with homework and encourage learning. 
• Organize children’s rooms, tidy toys, and keep their spaces neat. 
• Do children's laundry (including clothing and bedding). 
• Engage children in play and structured activities. 
• Assist with bedtime routines. 
• Accompany children to doctor’s and dental appointments. 
• Coordinate calls and research items needed for the children. 
• Occasionally run small errands for the family (e.g., dropping off returns). 
• Assist the housekeeper by helping put away groceries. 
• Care for and maintain the dedicated nanny vehicle (clean, fuel, and take to car wash as needed).

• Neat, organized, and respectful of the home.
• Energetic, playful, and engaged with the children’s activities. 
• Flexible, dependable, and committed to a long-term role. 
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally with the family.
• Able to manage time well and keep children’s schedules organized.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years experience has a nanny within a formal UHNW household.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions precisely.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
