Job Description

This opportunity is for an onsite role in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

The NetSuite Administrator will manage, maintain, and enhance the NetSuite platform. This role will focus on ensuring the system operates effectively and efficiently while supporting the technical needs of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proactive mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Promptly resolve inbound calls and online Support cases from internal employees.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software defects to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of NetSuite customizations, including scripts, workflows, and Saved Searches.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather and document requirements.
  • Support the integration of NetSuite with other internal and external systems.
  • Performs routine to moderately sophisticated troubleshooting and analysis to resolve issues.
  • Identify software for investigation of root cause and fixing.
  • Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
  • Documents case through formalized written communication.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of NetSuite ERP, including custom records, fields, forms, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
