Job Summary

In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, performing essential clerical and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable navigating computer systems and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communication: Answer inbound telephone calls and assist clients in both English and Spanish .
  • Client Retention: Follow up on client renewals and process payments accurately.
  • Data Management: Perform efficient computer data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Guest Relations: Greet and assist onsite guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Operations: Prioritize daily tasks and perform various administrative duties to support the agency’s goals.

Qualifications

  • Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
