• Must have here need Oracle PL/SQL with Data warehousing environment and strong performance tuning, F2F interview required
• 10+ years of experience (in the financial industry) working experience in Data Warehousing environments with very large amounts of data.
• Review the E2E ETL process and apply critical performance tuning skills to optimize the Oracle ETL process and real time operational services;
• Candidates must possess advanced problem-solving skills, analyzing complex data and ability to connect dots to understand data across different systems and multiple claims products, able to work multiple projects assignments concurrently, willingness to self-learn and ability to communicate verbally effectively and concisely and in written/presentable format.
• Candidates must work well in a supportive and transparent team environment, while having the ability to research and resolve issues independently.
• Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to engage multiple business analysts and developers/dev leads and influence teams across Claims technology and the business.
