Job Description

• Perform required operations or otherwise modify or repair broken or worn wood, metal and plastic patterns, core boxes of moderate complexity.
• Work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications and/or verbal or written instructions to complete projects under limited supervision.
• Select materials, lay out, cut, form, fit and assemble parts as required.
• Use measuring instruments and machines incidental to operations.
• Maintain the pattern shop in a clean and orderly manner
• Pay starting at $14 to $15/hour

Requirements of the position are as follows:

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Understanding of and ability to read shop orders required.
4. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
5. Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time.
6. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.
