Children's Wisconsin (CW), one of the nation's top-ranked pediatric healthcare systems, and the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Neurologist to join our team in the Appleton, Wisconsin area . As a Child Neurologist at Children's Wisconsin, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to children with neurological conditions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to advancing pediatric neurology.
This is part of a major institutional commitment to the expansion of the Pediatric Neurosciences at CW and support its Care Closer to Home strategy. This team member will care for children both at the main CW campus location as well as at regional clinic site(s). CW is one of the largest free-standing childrens hospitals in the United States.
Responsibilities:
The role is employed by the Medical College of Wisconsin and provides care at Childrens Wisconsin locations in Northeast Wisconsin. Both organizations are based in the Milwaukee area. The Medical College of Wisconsin pediatric specialty providers who work at the nationally ranked Childrens Wisconsin are members of Childrens Specialty Group, a strong group practice of more than 775 elite pediatric specialty physicians, advanced practice nurses and physician assistants.
This position is located in Northeast Wisconsin as part of an innovative collaboration between Childrens Wisconsin, Bellin Health and ThedaCare . These top-quality health care organizations are partnering to improve the health and well-being of children and adolescents in Northeast and Central Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, through a joint venture called Connected for Kids . This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with primary and specialty care providers at these organizations to improve patient outcomes. The connection between the organizations helps position our physicians to successfully support the needs of patients and their families.
