Pediatrix covers per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those residing outside a commutable distance from the practice.
Compensation: $1,500 per 24-hour shift: rounding and call
Note: Per Diem team members are not eligible for PTO, holidays, or other compensation.
