- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience working as a management consultant with external clients.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Experience in data analysis.
Preferred qualifications: - Understanding of current and future HR and Talent processes to drive continuous improvement in policies and practices.
- Ability to build consensus among internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership with new ideas and strategies.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across audiences, situations and contexts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities - Guide leaders and teams to embrace organizational change by shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
- Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
- Align company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) into actionable plans tailored to the needs of the client organization and provide feedback to identify potential gaps.
- Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings and people needs that hinder business strategy execution and use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
- Support the selection and development of talent and drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring analysis.
