Position Purpose To provide a safe, superior air transportation experience, representing NetJets with professionalism and exceptional service. Responsibilities Operate aircraft safely following FAA, OEM, and NetJets standards. Greet and brief passengers, provide weather updates, and handle in-flight service as needed. Manage baggage loading and accommodate special needs (pets, smoking). Serve as the final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring safety and compliance. Coordinate with owners/passengers from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless experience. Report maintenance issues accurately and complete necessary documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma. FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and First Class Medical. Minimum age 21, with specific flight hour requirements as detailed in the job description. Valid passport, ability to travel internationally, and work authorization in the U.S. Excellent communication, professionalism, and adaptability. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle animals and conduct flights for smoking owners.
