Committed Advisors, founded in 2010, is an independent global private equity secondaries firm with $7 billion of committed capital. The firm is headquartered in Paris with affiliated offices in New York and Singapore. Committed Advisors is currently investing principally out of its fifth flagship fund, a $2.8 billion 2022/2023 vintage fund focused on investments globally. Committed Advisors North America is hiring a generalist Investment Analyst. As a member of the team, you will contribute to all aspects of the investment process, including origination, analysis, monitoring, legal negotiations and fundraising. You will be an integral and valued member of a growing team in New York, and you will work closely with the Partners in the New York, Paris and Singapore offices. You will be responsible for the analysis and valuation of portfolio companies and funds. Once an investment has been completed, you will monitor that investment on an ongoing basis. The role will provide an opportunity for long-term growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a demonstrated interest in investing, and a desire to develop professionally within a growing segment of the private equity market.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and underwriting transaction opportunities
• Analyzing the long-term viability of portfolio companies, their respective industries, the market for their products/services, their capital structure financing needs, and exit prospects
• Building operating, valuation & pricing models for funds and portfolio companies
• Participating in due diligence meetings with General Partners and portfolio company management teams
• Contributing to portfolio monitoring, including quarterly and annual portfolio reporting
• Preparing investment analysis for presentation to the firm’s Investment Committee

Qualifications / Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience within a relevant industry including: investment banking, private equity, secondary fund of funds, pension fund, family office, financial/management consulting or transaction services
• Outstanding academic achievements at a top-tier university
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills
• Passion for investing
• Ability to self-start, multi-task and punctually complete projects with exceptional attention to detail
• Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of additional languages a plus while not mandatory
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
