ProTech/Marathon TS is seeking Processing Coordinators to support a major CBP Program. The is a contingent position. We are targeting candidates to perform the following tasks:

Processing Coordinators shall:

• Provide instructions to noncitizens and assist with administrative functions related to receiving noncitizens at intake, to include storing and tracking personal property.

• As directed by CBP personnel, prepare administrative documentation for validation by CBP officers, and maintain documents related to the processing of noncitizens in DHS/CBP custody, including reports concerning the transportation and deportation of detained noncitizens.

• Log information provided by CBP officers about detained noncitizens, including the status of welfare checks and conditions in custody into DHS/CBP information systems. Based on information provided by CBP officers, update Custodial Logs with cell assignments and custodial actions (food, medical, phone calls, and other amenities).

• Provide instruction and demonstration of DNA collection procedures to noncitizens.

• Assist with A-File preparation/upload and case file assembly, as directed by CBP personnel.

• Witness pat downs conducted by officers.

• Prepare food that is provided by CBP and assist with distribution to noncitizens.

• As directed by CBP personnel, prepare I-216 manifests for validation by CBP officers.

• Stock inventory of basic needs for detainees (food, clothing, blankets, grooming products, bedding etc.).

• Collect and transport supplies and medications, move files and other task-related items within ports of entry and surrounding areas, using unmarked (unbranded, non-Law Enforcement) government vehicles with prior authorization from port management.

• As directed by CBP personnel, update and mail I-862 (Notice to Appear) to EOIR where the original was rejected.

• Contact noncitizen family members for contact information confirmation (when issue arises).

• Provide directions to noncitizens as to the appropriate processing area within or between facilities.
