Led by Team Leaders Kaitlyn Barks & Kristen Beahm, KBCO consists of two additional full-time producing REALTORS® and outstanding support staff, all committed to delivering exceptional results for their clients.

As the #1 top-producing team at Worth Clark Realty (2018-2024) and ranked in the top 30 of all St. Louis real estate agents (2023-2024), KBCO has built a track record of success, backed by over 200 five-star client reviews .

KBCO is powered by Worth Clark Realty, St. Louis’s fastest-growing brokerage, which supports 1,200+ agents across 25+ markets . As an agent-owned brokerage, Worth Clark provides the flexibility and platform needed to fully serve today’s buyers and sellers at the highest level.

Position Overview

KBCO is seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team in a junior support role. This is an employee position with base pay plus commission, designed for an agent who wants hands-on experience and exposure to high-level transactions with direct client work in a support capacity, without the pressure of building their own book of business.

This role is ideal for someone highly reliable, client-focused, and excited to support lead agents in delivering a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Showing Support

  • Assist lead agents with buyer showings and property tours
  • Meet buyers, contractors, inspectors, and vendors on behalf of the team
  • Host open houses on evenings and weekends
  • Support buyer consultations and in-field client needs

Transaction & Field Support

  • Coordinate access for inspections, appraisals, and vendor appointments
  • Serve as an on-site team representative when lead agents are unavailable
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and vendors
  • Support active transactions through key milestones
  • Assist with transaction coordination tasks and administrative preparation, including open house setup, showing preparation, documentation support, and other behind-the-scenes work that keeps listings and buyer experiences running smoothly.

Schedule Expectations

  • Availability on weekends (approximately 9–5) is required
  • Weekday schedule is expectation-based, including responsiveness within defined timeframes
  • Flexibility is essential in a client-service business

Qualifications

  • Active Missouri real estate license (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly dependable, organized, and professional
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Coachable and eager to learn from experienced, high-performing agents
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay for required weekend availability (approximately 16 hours per weekend) plus commission opportunities
  • Employee position (not independent contractor)
  • Hands-on exposure and real-world training working alongside experienced, high-performing lead agents across active transactions
  • Opportunity for long-term growth within KBCO
  • A support-focused role designed to strengthen the team and client experience – while it may serve as a stepping stone for some, this position is not an agent-in-training role and is intended first and foremost as a long-term support position

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a top-ranked real estate team with a strong reputation.
  • Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Play a key role in a dynamic, high-energy team where your contributions matter.
  • Gain valuable experience in real estate sales, operations, and client services.
  • Enjoy opportunities for career development and professional growth.
  • Join a supportive, family-like culture that values teamwork and success.
