Position Overview
KBCO is seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team in a junior support role. This is an employee position with base pay plus commission, designed for an agent who wants hands-on experience and exposure to high-level transactions with direct client work in a support capacity, without the pressure of building their own book of business.
This role is ideal for someone highly reliable, client-focused, and excited to support lead agents in delivering a seamless experience.
