Equivalent experience in comparable areas will be considered. Responsibilities will include software packaging and distribution of developed software packages to test and production systems. Candidate needs to be flexible to include some production support as required. Candidate will be providing focused support to a subset of the department's development activities. Experience with system startup, Operating System interaction, boot options, and parameters on Client DL380 G6/G7/Gen8 class server hardware is a plus. Clear communication skills with the ability to document and track details is required. The ability to appropriately escalate and refer tickets to additional support personnel is also necessary.
