A little about this position:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Handles general building maintenance work orders as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' HVAC and refrigeration service experience
• Must have knowledge of building systems and physical plant
• EPA 608 certification
• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Boiler experience preferred
• Strong communications - interpersonal skills and customer relations
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required at times
• Must have a valid CA driver's license

Hourly pay rate: $35.58 to $42.44
