Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce CRM Administrator/Analyst to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM system to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Perform regular system monitoring, audits, upgrades, and maintenance tasks (backup data, apply system updates and enhance security measures.
  • Work with Software Development Teams to design and customize the data models for Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and process builders for use cases.
  • Assist in managing and creating data imports, exports, and data quality through tools like Salesforce Data Loader, Five Tran, Tableau and reports.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions that improve business processes.
  • Document system configuration, processes, and user guidelines. Keep documentation up-to-date and accessible for users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential use.
  • Manage the administration of Salesforce business applications.
  • Own the over training processes (inclusive of new hire onboarding and reoccurring training modules) across the organization for Salesforce.
  • Responsible for partnering with product teams and business stakeholders to recognize and diagnose deficiencies and develop solutions to enhance business and system performance.
  • Lead the implementation of ZoomInfo and Datagroomr; vendors which will enable us to make sure the database is accurate and up to date.
  • Build robust company / account lists that are accurate and relevant to the respective departments using ZoomInfo.
  • Oversee weekly data quality reports and resolve issues.
  • Own over Salesforce processes and objectives that are pertinent for our business; inclusive of accounts, contacts, opportunities, price books, products, events, etc.
  • Research the sports market for key contracts in line with the Leaders Group audience.
  • Contribute towards technology roadmaps (build) while managing day-to-day SFDC operational needs (run).
  • Handle Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to maintain sync of prospects and other assets between the 2 systems and be knowledgeable about standard Pardot use cases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable learning, using and explaining new technology to non- technical people
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Experience with product planning software like Jira and have experience tracking work with tickets.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
