ABOUT THE ROLE

The Scheduling Administrator will support construction project planning and execution by developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules. This position ensures that project timelines are realistic, resources are allocated efficiently, and progress is tracked accurately. Essential Functions Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software. Collaborate with Project Schedulers, Project Managers, Engineers, and field staff to gather scheduling data and update timelines. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks to the schedule. Prepare and distribute regular schedule reports, including look-ahead schedules and critical path analyses. Assist in resource planning and allocation based on project timelines. Maintain documentation of schedule changes and justifications for delays or adjustments. Support project meetings by providing schedule updates and forecasts. Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for scheduling and reporting. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to integrate their timelines into the master schedule. Provide administrative support to the project team, including document control and data entry related to scheduling. ABOUT YOU

Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a f our-year accredited university, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years working in a professional environment To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent organizational and time management skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Physical Demands Frequently works outdoors on uneven surfaces. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. May be required to stoop, bend, and crouch. Work Environment Works in the Telegraph office 100% of the time. May work in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions. May occasionally work in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels and hazardous chemicals.

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation & Benefits Salary $70,000-$89,000/ year Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
