Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated NightclubSecurity Managerto oversee the safety andsecurityoperations of our venue, Catch One. The ideal candidate will have a strong background insecuritymanagement, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• SecurityOversight: Develop and implementsecurityprotocols and procedures to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
• TeamManagement: Recruit, train, and supervisesecuritypersonnel, ensuring all team members are well-prepared and knowledgeable.
• Incident Response: Respond to emergencies and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular assessments ofsecurityrisks and vulnerabilities, implementing measures to mitigate them.
• Guest Relations: Foster a positive atmosphere by maintaining visibility and approachability, addressing any guest concerns promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to safety andsecurity.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare reports formanagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience insecuritymanagement, preferably in a nightlife or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to nightclub operations.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
• Certification insecuritymanagementor related field is a plus.
