As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel location, you will be the first point of contact for guests and staff, helping to deter security-related incidents through your professional presence and attentive customer service. You will monitor entry points, respond to inquiries, and support the overall welcoming atmosphere, embodying Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, visitors, and staff at the location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the property.
• Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or behavior.
• Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and emergency responders as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, and/or maintenance issues according to company protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location and situation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
