Senior Commercial Paint Project Manager/Estimator
Location: Bothell, WA
Position Type: Full-Time, Union

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Paint Project Manager/Estimator to join our union contractor team in Bothell, WA. This dual role combines project management and estimating responsibilities for large-scale commercial painting projects.

Required Qualifications:
•5+ years of specific experience in commercial painting project management and estimation
•Expert proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software
•Proven track record managing commercial projects valued at $500K+
•Strong understanding of union practices and procedures
•Experience with multi-phase commercial projects

Technical Requirements:
•Advanced knowledge of coating specifications and systems
•Expertise in blueprint reading and interpretation
•Proficient in environmental conditions assessment and application requirements
•Understanding of SSPC standards and VOC regulations
•Strong grasp of material coverage rates and labor productivity calculations

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
•Oversee multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously
•Manage union crews and coordinate with other trades
•Ensure project completion within budget and timeline
•Monitor quality control and safety compliance
•Coordinate with clients, architects, and general contractors

Estimating:
•Perform detailed takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid
•Calculate accurate material quantities and labor hours
•Develop comprehensive bid proposals
•Analyze costs and prepare change orders
•Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
