The Senior Travel Consultant role is crucial in delivering outstanding travel experiences for our Corporate Travel clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Domestic & International travel bookings, managing both straightforward and complex arrangements, including air, rail, ground transport, and hotel accommodations using Sabre.
  • Offer consultative insights and solutions to our VIP travelers, ensuring compliance with travel policies and individual requirements.
  • Operate in a multi-channel setting, meeting performance indicators such as customer satisfaction and productivity metrics.
  • Provide exceptional service via phone and email, responding to special requests and nurturing excellent client relationships.
  • Proactively recommend additional services such as hotel stays and car rentals.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and uphold the company's ethics, values, and compliance standards in all interactions.
  • Adhere to all Amex GBT policies and protocols.

What We’re Seeking:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of domestic & international travel protocols, including air, hotel, car, and rail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a high touch focus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
  • Proficiency in Sabre is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong grasp of fare structures and ticketing rules.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to excellence in customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Integrity in handling confidential traveler information.
  • Basic computer navigation skills with the ability to multitask across various applications.

Work Hours: Candidates should be available for any assigned shift during business hours: Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, depending on client needs.

Salary and Benefits:

The national base salary range for this position is from $46,200.00 to $85,800.00, reflecting the role's complexity, and the candidate's experience and skills. This role also includes eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
