We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects for a well-respected high-end residential construction company. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3+ years of site supervision experience in high-end residential construction and have a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with precision and professionalism. This exciting leadership role involves overseeing the prestigious renovation of historic and upscale residences.

Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor – High-End Residential Construction:

• Oversee and coordinate the work of all trades (site work, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, steel, etc.).
• Manage on-site activities from demolition through to final punch list.
• Supervise staff and subcontractors by evaluating, monitoring, and controlling performance.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Achieve construction goals by defining project purpose and scope, determining resources, establishing standards and protocols, scheduling and coordinating staff and subcontractors, and evaluating milestones.
• Review, resolve, and implement design changes and change orders as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures.

Requirements of the Site Supervisor – High-End Residential Construction:

• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in high-end residential construction.
• Proven experience managing multi-phase, complex renovation projects, preferably in upstate NY.
• Experience working on NYC projects is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively direct personnel and collaborate with clients.
• Proven track record of planning, coordinating, and executing projects in line with contract documents, schedule, and budget.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best construction practices.
