We’re hiring a Special Education Teacher to work in a substantially separate ABA program serving second and third grade students in Wilbraham, MA. This is a full-time, in-person position for the 2025–2026 school year.

This opportunity offers the chance to work in a supportive, structured classroom environment, delivering targeted instruction and individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.

Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Special Education License required.

Position Details:
Location: Wilbraham, MA
Schedule: Full-time, in-person
Program: Substantially separate ABA classroom
Grade Level: Second and third grade
School Year: 2025–2026

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to students in a substantially separate ABA classroom.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet student needs.

• Collect and maintain data on student progress.

• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, BCBAs, related service providers, and families.

• Create and maintain a supportive, structured classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Special Education License.

• Experience working with students in ABA-based or substantially separate programs preferred.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
