Position : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location : Troy, Alabama

Schedule : Full-Time, Full School Year

Compensation : $38 - $50per hour, Based on Experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the full school year. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to work with students, helping them improve communication skills that are essential for academic and social success. As part of a collaborative team, youll assess, diagnose, and implement therapy plans to support student growth and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress.
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Active Alabama SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFs are welcome to apply).
• Experience in a school-based setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
