Job Summary Assist with front desk coverage, provide support for faculty and staff (helping with supplies, making copies, etc.) as assigned in the Exercise Science Department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities - Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people with a variety of abilities and backgrounds, to maintain good working relationships across the College.
- Ability to work with all groups from a variety of academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, and with community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
