This is an internal recruiting position placing sales and recruitment professionals.

Hybrid model - 3 days/week in office.

1-3 years of experience placing SALES or RECRUITING professionals REQUIRED.

$70k-$75k/prorated based on experience + commission.

Our clients range across the top Medical Device, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies in the world. Due to the record breaking success of the contract team in 2024, Meet is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Professional to help continue build out our 360 function in addition to other business units. This person will also help interview for the business's permanent hire side as we seek to hire entry-level and experienced sales and recruitment professionals into our organization.

Job Outline:

As an Internal Recruiter, you will adopt a candidate and stakeholder centric, service-led approach in developing internal relationships and sourcing quality candidates to back the business in reaching forecasted targets. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all hires you are assigned to within our organization. This position demands a high volume of recruitment activities, emphasizing the significance of adept time and stakeholder management skills. Your focus will be on meeting the staffing needs of our hiring managers, primarily aspiring sales professionals at the Associate/Recruiter/Senior/Lead level, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of their requirements. You will have to be flexible as you navigate through changing business needs and incoming orders, also demonstrating a proactive approach when it comes to candidate outreach in addition to receiving inbound applications. Reports into Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Key Duties:

  1. Managing end to end recruitment process for all assigned openings.
  2. Partnering with stakeholders to deliver on hiring needs by established deadlines.
  3. Sourcing candidates through various methods LI, Handshake, cold calling, headhunting.
  4. Conduct structured screens to ensure all candidates are being assessed equally while taking detailed notes on the conversation.
  5. Delivering on hires needed and hitting set targets.
  6. Building a personal brand on LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and marketing business through weekly posts.
  7. Demonstrates a consistent investment to developing and improving processes.
  8. Using your own data to monitor personal performance against KPIs and headcount needs.
  9. Administering on-site interviews and group assessment days to ensure everything runs smoothly and providing a positive candidate experience.
  10. During down times, contributing to various projects that will assist the IR/People team in achieving wider strategic goals.

  1. Ability to evaluate information - able to evaluate information impartially, rigorously, and systematically to identify both the immediate issues and the endemic obstacles.
  2. Ability to structure tasks having the ability to approach multiple, varied tasks in a systematic manner that ensures tasks are completed on time.
  3. Interacting with one's network Identifying candidates' drivers and motivators, proactively seeing things from the viewpoint of others while being open and transparent at all times.
  4. Being reliable fulfilling obligations consistently and treating others fairly and with respect.

Our success in Life Sciences:

  1. In December 2021 a private equity firm invested in us.
  2. 2020-2022 we had 9 consecutive record breaking quarters of revenue growth.
  3. In 2023 our contract team reached a record number of runners out, and continued to increase this number in 2024.
  4. Life Science companies and Technology companies have grown strong partnerships over the past couple of years, making San Diego one of the fastest growing Biotech hubs in the Country.
  5. Sept 2024 our Contract team had a record setting month in revenue generated.
  6. 4 consecutive quarters of revenue growth since the dip in the market.

  1. Candidate acquisition and management.
  2. Stakeholder Management is confident in communicating with hiring managers, managing expectations, timelines, and pushing back when needed.
  3. Market Knowledge gathers information on the staffing industry through their network.
  4. Commercial Acumen works with urgency and comprehends the implications of meeting timelines.

Requirements:

12+ months of high volume recruitment experience (recruiting sales/agency recruitment professionals specifically REQUIRED).
