Job Description

The annual base salary for this position is $70k - $78k. 


Be the driver of talent and culture initiatives at Mauna Lani. This role is the culture steward. Ensuring a commitment to training and standards of excellence. As part of the Mauna Lani 'ohana, you will support all team members in providing exceptional team member experiences along their Mauna Lani.

  • Lead recruitment strategies for union and non-union positions, aligning with company values.
  • Manage the interview, pre-employment, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop talent pipelines with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
  • Oversee the company's LinkedIn page and use LinkedIn Recruiter for leadership roles.
  • Drive team member relations through engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Administer benefits, including health insurance, supplemental insurance, and 401(k) plans.
  • Support labor relations, including contract administration and union relations.
  • Assist with safety certification training and educational assistance programs, as needed.
  • Participate in team member activities and train T&C coordinators.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High school graduate required. College education is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year prior hotel experience is preferred. 
  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally in hospitality, preferred.
