Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Tax Staff/Enrolled Agent to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $60,000 to $95,000 per year.

• Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Represent clients before the IRS and other tax authorities during audits and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all tax-related documents and communications.
• Assist in tax planning and provide recommendations to clients to minimize tax liabilities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tax software's

• Tax preparation and tax resolution experience, with Enrolled Agent designation.
• Ensured compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
