Gemini is currently seeking a 2nd shift Technical Pattern Maker to join our team in Decorah, IA! This is a great opportunity to work with a creative team to produce high-quality, custom plaques. Our ideal candidate has a high level computer aptitude and strong attention for detail. S tarting pay is $20.83 per hour. Gemini now offers $0 health insurance premiums for employee-only coverage.

A day in the life of a Technical Pattern Maker at Gemini includes:

• Uses a computer to review artwork for manufacturability. Cleans and edits files as necessary with graphic arts software.
• Operates different machines such as CNC routers, Haas mills, table saws, and 3D printers to complete orders.
• Paints patterns and boxes with paints and sealers using a spray gun or brush.
• Work environment is bright and warm around equipment
