TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Will drive company bus and van to pick up wheelchair residents from hospitals/communities for admission.
- Will drive company bus on weekly resident outings with Life Enrichment
- Schedules transportation through electronic appointment calendar. Some appointments are through state funded, others will be private pay, ensure that payments have been made to transportation providers.
- Will assist admissions coordinator with data entry, room checks etc.
- Will assist business office with various functions within the office as needed.
- Will assist social services with lost items closet and log.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.

SUMMARY OF ROLE: The Driver plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to transport residents to and from appointments and activities in a safe manner to destinations located beyond the premises of the community and to be responsible for the general appearance of the community vehicles inside and out.
