Remote Travel Booking Agent: Full-Time or Part Time

We are looking for travel booking agents to help clients plan and book their travel arrangements, such as flights, hotels, rental cars, and vacation packages. The job requires excellent customer service skills,

• Assisting clients with travel planning and booking, including researching, and recommending destinations, transportation options, and accommodations.
• Providing information on travel requirements, such as passport and visa regulations, as well as travel insurance options.

• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide personalized customer service and answer any questions.

• Processing travel reservations and payments using computer systems and online booking tools.

• Resolving customer issues or concerns related to travel arrangements, such as flight cancellations or delays.

• Maintaining accurate records of customer bookings, payments, and travel itineraries.
  Collaborating with other travel industry professionals, such as airline and hotel representatives, to ensure the best possible customer experience.

• Staying up to date on travel industry trends and regulations, including changes to travel restrictions or health and safety protocols.

• Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• No experience necessary, we provide all travel training to become certified as a travel agent.
