First Connect Health is seeking a travel Substance Use Counselor for a travel job in Durham, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

  • Required/Maintained State Certification/Licensure or be in the process of obtaining Certification/License - Required
  • Can only accept LACD
  • Experience working with opiate addicted population - Required
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
  • Skilled in conducting assessments, utilization of ASI criteria for appropriate patient placement, treatment plan development and implementation, service coordination, and crisis intervention - Required

State License Requirements:

  • North Carolina/ Compact Allowed
