Hard Rock Tulsa is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. The Unarmed Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all individuals and property within CNE facilities. This includes patrolling premises, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding to incidents, and providing assistance to guests and employees. The Guard must maintain a vigilant presence, adhere to all safety protocols, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all. NOTE: This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Please note that a positive drug test result, including for marijuana, may result in a job offer being rescinded for applicants or termination of employment for current employees, even if they possess a valid medical marijuana license. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. CLEET unarmed security guard license within 180 days. CPR certification required. Competencies in accountability, accuracy, active learning, and confidentiality. Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage conflicts. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic computer literacy. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Valid driver's license. Pass a CNE security approved custody control. Ability to obtain necessary gaming licensing. Ability to work in various environment, including outdoors in all types of weather. Responsibilities Protect the physical assets of CNE properties and ensure guest and employee safety. Prevent guests from entering with prohibited items and address policy violations. Patrol CNE facilities including casinos, smoke shops and parking lots. Greet and assist guests and respond to their queries. Render first aid and aid accidents and incidents. Detect and report suspicious activities and behavior. Maintain relationships with local law enforcement. Write detailed reports on incidents and investigations. Ensure compliance with age requirements and CNE policies. Assist with entry into gaming machines and escort employees as needed. Interview witnesses and prepare investigation reports.
