Location: Hoboken, New JerseyJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 55 per hourCella is seeking to hire a Video Editor for a role with a top retail company.Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for video editing and motion graphics? We are looking for an innovative and collaborative individual to join a dynamic creative and marketing team focusing on partnership and growth marketing. In this role, you will transform video concepts and raw footage into compelling visual content that engages audiences and aligns with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to produce digital solutions that align with project briefs.Lead and oversee the production of short and long-form video content.Create new templates, graphic elements, style guides, and processes to improve efficiency in a high-volume environment.Deliver high-quality assets in various formats for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Perform simple editing tasks, such as adding branding, music, subtitles, and titles.Create sizzle videos, motion design, and reels for events and other initiatives.Ensure projects are delivered with both brand and partner brand guidelines in mind.Qualifications:4-6+ years of creative video experience, preferably in an omni-channel, multi-brand retail environment.Bachelor's degree, with a BA or BFA in Design or a related field preferred.Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Animation experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects effectively.A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset when working with others.Passion for partner products, marketing, and advertising.
