We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Tasks assigned by Showrunner!
• Assist with calendar, schedules, emails and coordination of team
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Plan events and arrange locations
• Plan work-related travel details
• Receive visitors
• Maintain and order supplies

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as AP, PA, executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
