Pallet Inventory Certification This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. Responsibilities # Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery # Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices. # Floor- WHSE leader when warehouse supervisor is not on-site # Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (Whse Supervisor) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders # Track each load accurately # Palletize Geobox trucks when loading # Load full service trucks # EIOS tasks & Safety # Accurately count all pallets # Maintain pace of pallet configuration # Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets # Identify priorities and coordinate resources # Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers # Recommend process improvements! # Coordinate picker and loader team # Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps # Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"! # Check in Geobox and Full-Service Trucks when returning from routes. # Other duties as Assigned- PQI and inventory controls # This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States # Be able to carry up to 85 lbs repeatedly. # Working Shift, to be determined: 1 pm/ 3 pm - 10 pm, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications ~ High School Diploma or GED required. ~ CDL or CDL permit preferred. ~2 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Warehousing leadership experience preferred. ~ Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment. ~ Experience working a flexible schedule including afternoons, late nights.
