Our location in Olive Branch, MS is currently seeking a full-time experienced Parcel Picker to work on our 1st shift.  The working hours will be Monday-Friday 6:00am -3:00pm.  

As a Picker, you will be responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the staging platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The parcel picker is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

You will be required to cross train in order to learn other positions in the warehouse. At Ubique Group, WE MOVE TO THE WORK, which allows all employees to grow their knowledge and skills set.    

Essential Functions:

• Pick items to match customer orders
• Building boxes or other packaging materials to ship customer orders that will prevent damage during shipping  
• Able to read and interpret a pick ticket  
• Must have a high level of accuracy  
• Place shipping labels on completed customer orders 
• Ability to operate an Electric Pallet Jack

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of warehouse experience  
• Prior experience operating the Electric Pallet Jack required
• Able to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items.
