At Waxing the City Somerville, we looking to lead the popular waxing industry with our dedicated staff and goal driven team. Waxing is a lifestyle, not an occasional treat. Our team will be provided with the best training and become certified Cerologists.

CEROLOGIST: EXPERT IN WAX Our clients deserve the very best waxing experience. At Waxing the City, our licensed estheticians are not only waxing specialists, they are the ultimate professionals at their craft. Every professional receives hands-on training with our Waxing University Certified Trainer to become certified Cerologists. Once our clients experience our expertise, they wont imagine going anywhere else.

SUMMARY:

If so, Waxing the City may be a good fit for you! At Waxing the City our clients are the focus and our technicians are the ultimate professionals at their craft.

$40,000 to $70,000 a year potential (Full -Time, Part-Time)

• Responsible for implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external clients. Goal is to exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment.
• Accountable for efficient, effective and high-quality service provision following all defined waxing service standards.
• Support and protect our culture.
• Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
• Follows safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions.

Role Scope and Complexity
Cerologist are accountable for meeting established service protocols and customer service standards focusing on both internal & external customers.
Also accountable for informing and educating clients on our service offerings, retail products and membership program, building and retaining clients through social platforms, community engagement & other marketing efforts put forth by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required: Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
• Time Management Skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team.
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Self-Motivated
