Job Description Duties & Responsibilities Information: \n - Makes correct settings on welders including speeds and feeds as well as proper setups of products to be welded
\n - Assembles and welds a variety of sheet metal products of varying thicknesses and gages
\n - Uses both MIG and TIG welding processes
\n - Welds a variety of wiring enclosures, boxes or other special weldments required for production
\n - Exercises good housekeeping in work area.
\n - Observes good safety practices in performance of job.

Necessary Skills: - After 90 days of general direction from Class A welder, must pass proscribed welding test.
\n
Must be able to read complicated drawings, decimal dimensions on blueprints, utilize precise measuring devices and use to perform own setups.
