Our passion is creating méthode champenoise sparkling wines, along with a variety of red and white still wines. Responsibilities
•  Under moderate supervision, performs basic and routine cellar tasks including but not limited to: cleaning and sanitizing cellar fittings, hoses, tanks, bottling line, disgorging line.
•  Wine movements – set-up and movement of wine and juice to and from tanks, barrels and tanker trucks.
•  Make additions and wine blends
•  Sanitize and operate pumps, plate and frame filter, record tank dips.
•  Understand and have worked on a bottling line and/or disgorging line or eager to learn.
•  Understand and be an active participant in the 7S program. (Sort, Set in order, Standardize, Sweep, Sustain,
Safety, and Stop).
•  Measure and calculate routine workplace data.
•  Responsible for compliance with CBI sustainability policies and practices which are economically viable,
socially acceptable and environmentally sound. This is done by supporting programs at each location for
conservation, energy efficiency, and recycling, which are critical for our operations to achieve tangible
environmental results.
•  Follow safe operating procedures, support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal safety,
company property, environmental and team member’s safety.

Minimum Qualifications
•  High School Diploma/ GED
•  Must read, write and speak English
•  Must have a minimum of 3 years of winery experience
•  Be able to work various shifts and overtime as needed
•  Have forklift certification
•  Have a strong mechanical background and an understanding of winery equipment
•  Dedicated, hardworking, meticulous, attention to detail a must

Experience
•  3 years of winery work
•  Solid mechanical background

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
o Work outdoors/indoors
o Work in warm/cold climates
o Work in high places
o Work on wet surfaces
o Work near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic
o Must be able to lift 55 lbs

Schedule
•  8 hour shift, Monday-Friday
•  Day shift
•  Overtime pay after 8 hours
