Position Overview

As an Automatic Screen Printing Operator, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting our M&R Jambo and MHM X-Type automatic screen printing presses. You'll ensure precision, efficiency, and consistency in every print run while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain M&R Jambo and MHM X-Type automatic screen printing presses.
• Efficiently set up, tear down, and align multi-color jobs with precise micro-adjustments.
• Load and unload garments with accuracy, ensuring quality control at every stage.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on the presses.
• Mix plastisol and water-based inks accurately to maintain color consistency.
• Execute precise film alignment and registration for high-quality prints.
• Handle screen preparation, including exposure, washing, drying, and taping.
• Ensure prints are sharp, smooth, and meet quality standards across various fabric types.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience operating automatic screen printing presses.
• Expertise in plastisol ink; knowledge of water-based ink is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain printing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and color accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs, and handle repetitive tasks.
