Overview Parc 55 - a Hilton hotel in San Francisco is seeking a Chief Engineer. Parc 55 Hilton has 1,024 guest rooms, 21 meeting spaces and over 30,000 square feet of event space. Pay Rate : $82.05 Shift Pattern : AM PM Overnight Responsibilities Directs general construction and the installation, maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical and architectural systems throughout the facility to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Oversees the functionality and safety of the facility, including physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems and grounds, in accordance with laws and regulations and related mechanical services to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Assigns, verifies and documents the completion of routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system. Communicates with city/county/state officials to ensure proper maintenance of permits and licenses, coordinated inspections, and full compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards. Assists in the execution of capital projects and property rehabilitations. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Qualifications 2 years working building maintenance engineer background. 3 years HVAC, plumbing, electrical working knowledge. Experience working with high rise buildings is preferred. Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot.
