Child & Adolescent Therapist - Fairfax City, VA Join the Ellie Mental Health "herd" in Fairfax! We're seeking a passionate and creative
licensed clinician to provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and families in a flexible, supportive outpatient setting.

What You'll Do - Provide individual and group therapy for youth
- Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation
- Maintain 15+ weekly sessions (part-time) or 25+ (full-time)
- Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team
- Support clients using creative and culturally informed approaches
What You Need - Master's in a behavioral health field
- Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred - Supervisor-eligible
- Bilingual or certified in youth-focused modalities
- Familiarity with local community resources

Compensation: $64,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
