Job Description

Clinic RN / Registered Nurse

• Acute Care, Clinic, Geriatric Nursing experience preferred.
• Fort Collins, CO.
• Now hiring for a November 10th or November 17th start date!

Position Overview:

• $50/hour.
• $75/hour overtime.
• Monday - Friday.
• No weekends or holidays!

Position Details:

• Provide skilled nursing care to participants per facility policies and regulations.
• Assist with exams, testing, treatments, and provider orders.
• Triage participant and staff calls; schedule outside appointments as needed.
• Administer medications, monitor compliance, and educate on self-administration.
• Document care, maintain medical records, and update nursing care plans.
• Provide health counseling and education to participants and families.
• Supervise LPNs, MAs, and CNA staff; ensure clinic supplies are maintained.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and comply with all policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3 years + RN experience.
• Geriatric Nursing experience highly preferred.
• AHA BLS.
• CO or multistate RN license in good standing.
• Clean BG upon hire.
