Job Description

Mammoth Associates (Mammoth) is a professional services firm that specializes in program, project and construction management for transit and infrastructure construction projects. We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated CPM Schedulers to join our dynamic team in a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA. These are all on-site positions so you must live locally in Seattle, WA. These are not remote positions.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and analyzes contractor’s schedules for contract compliance, writes and reviews comments, updates staff on contractor’s performance, evaluates time impacts.
  • Evaluate requests for time extensions.
  • Develop and analyze schedule resources and cost loading.
  • Time impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and opportunities.
  • Management of claims issues.

Qualifications

  • A four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of scheduling experience supporting active construction projects, preferably terminal renovation work.
  • Experience with large-scale, complex construction projects including rail, roadways, underground utilities and/or other heavy civil projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field and four years of experience performing project control functions for large projects; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Licenses Or Certifications

  • Certified cost engineer/certified cost consultant by AACE International.
