Customer Support Representative
Location: Jacksonville, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $16/hour

A well-established company in Jacksonville, IL is hiring a Customer Support Representative to support customers throughout the order process while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services
• Process orders and inquiries via phone, email, mail, and live chat
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Act as a liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams
• Maintain assigned regional territories
• Coordinate with Processing and Shipping departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in an office, call center, or order-processing environment
• Experience handling phone and email communications
• Ability to work in multiple systems with strong attention to detail
• General business knowledge preferred

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma required
• Some college preferred
• Prior CSR experience strongly preferred
• Business or Education degree helpful
