Key Responsibilities:
You will support data-driven decision-making processes, provide strategic insights, and mentor junior analysts . You will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis. Primarily work independently with collaboration across other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities. You will be a key player in providing insights that directly impact our business strategies through complex analysis and big picture thinking.
Responsibilities:
Reconciling large volumes of collateral files using Excel. The role also involves addressing a backlog of inconsistencies and control gaps, and validating that requested data matches what is received.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, trainable, and proficient in Excel (formulas, data entry, validation). No industry experience is required. The position is fully in-office, located in Glen Allen, VA.
