Soliant Health is currently seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time contract positions in a fully remote setting. This opportunity is ideal for those ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Position Overview: As an SLP, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, providing consultative services, and developing and implementing education plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. This role offers the chance to work with a broad range of speech and language disorders, utilizing innovative teletherapy methods to engage effectively with students and facilitate their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
• Provide consultative services to teachers and support staff as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to promote optimal communication outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas and in your state of residence (if different).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Minimum of 2 years of teletherapy experience in school settings preferred.
• Broad range of experience across K-12 grade levels is highly desirable.
